Cerberus' hound is a mythical beast in Greek legends. It is commonly portrayed as a multi-headed dog watching over the gates of Hades. In some myths, Cancerbero owns three heads, while in others it can have a maximum of nine heads. The word "cancerbero" is additionally used to refer to a fierce and unrelenting guardian.
